KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet members/guests, recognize likes and dislikes and anticipate needs and requests
• Complete opening and/or closing duties per club standards and procedures
• Knowledge of all menu items including breakfast, lunch, pool & bar menu
• Bus tables for food and beverage services
• Prep coffee, juices and smoothies as required by members
• Prep food as needed and ensure food is stored properly
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces and other sanitation guidelines
• Perform cleaning duties such as dishes, wiping down, emptying garbage, etc.
• Familiar with Club events and postings
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for entire shift from 4-8 hours
• Must be able to lift, carry, pull, and push objects weighting a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
• Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
• Must be able to clearly interact verbally with manager and other coworkers
• Must have professional appearance and grooming, and follow dress code/uniform policies
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, extended hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must have current Riverside County Food Worker Card

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for entire shift from 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift, carry, pull, and push objects weighting 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions caused by weather may occasionally be

experienced.

• Will involve walking or standing for extended periods of time, will occasionally be required to bend,

stoop, crouch, kneel, reach above shoulder level, and/or to ascend and descend a step stool or step

ladder, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps.

• Must possess visual acuity and depth perception.
• Must be capable of providing written and oral information, both in person and over the telephone.
