We are currently hiring a Skills Coach - Mentor to Youth for our Brush Prairie Inpatient facility working with adolescents. This is a full time position offering competitive pay, benefits and paid time off.

Job Duties:

• You will be asked to initiate conflict resolution strategies
• Supervise recreational activities
• Transport clients to their required appointments
• Develop solid relationships with clients and build trust

This position will be conducted in harmony with Daybreak's mission and values.

Compensation: $20/hr with a $300 Sign On Bonus

Experience:

• Experience mentoring and/or coaching teenagers.
• Knowledge of the effects of alcohol, drug abuse, and adolescent development.
• Experience coordinating and leading activities for adolescents is preferred.
• Experience working with at risk teenagers, mental health support, substance abuse disorder support highly desirable.

Shift: 1pm-11pm, 4 days/week
