Ski Rental Technician Job at Willamette Pass Resort
Come work where you play! Willamette Pass Ski Resort located in the heart of the Willamette Valley is looking for outgoing and fun people to work as rental technicians. We have a daily employee shuttle from Eugene out to the resort, along with a free ski pass, and many other employee discounts and perks.
The Rental Technician will be responsible for assisting customers in the rental of ski, snowboard, and Nordic equipment; helping customers with the sizing of rental boots, skis, snowboards and Nordic equipment and educating them on the proper use of equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete departmental training and testing
- Follow all department policies and procedures
- Maintain customer contact in a friendly and courteous manner
- Helps maintain the team spirit and morale of both the rental shop and Willamette Pass Resort
- Know current pricing of equipment, repairs, lift tickets, season passes, and lessons
- Understand the importance of rental forms and liability waivers, and how they are to be completed
- Know the basic functions of ski and snowboard equipment, how the equipment works, and how to properly set the skis or snowboard up for each individual customer.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Must be able to obtain a binding certification after hire
- Must be at least 18 years or age

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

- Eugene, OR 97402: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
