Site Manager- Dennis Port- 37.50 hrs. -52 wks.-agency benefits apply, prorated.

Core Responsibilities: Directly responsible for all programmatic functions in collaboration with staff including EEC licensing, health, and safety regulations, as well as any other accreditation requirements.

Core Qualifications: Must be MA EEC, LTPS & Director II licensed, Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MS) in Early Childhood Education, or related field such as Child Care, Psychology, etc. Knowledge of the comprehensive purpose and philosophy of the EEC program including the regulations. Experience & compassion working with children and families 3-5 years of age. 3-5 years demonstrated supervisory experience. Bi-lingual (Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish) helpful although not required.

Minimum Requirements at employment:

All candidates must have a current medical certificate, MMR Documentation and COVID-19 vaccination, TB test, statements of CORI/Background check, DCF background check including SORI and fingerprinting and employment application (available on SSCAC website) prior to beginning employment.
