Savanna Well Servicing is engaged in providing superior service and value that meets the growing demands of today’s oil and gas companies in the Bakken.

We have an opportunity for a full-time shop technician to join our team in Dickinson, ND. This position will report to the assigned shop manager and based out of Savanna’s Dickinson, ND shop.

Duties include, under the direction of the shop manager:

• Rebuilding and repairing core and ancillary rig equipment.
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures both in the shop and on location.
• Traveling to location as needed to repair damaged equipment.
• Engage in preventative and corrective maintenance on Service King and Loadcraft rigs as well as pickup trucks and flatbed trucks.
• Assist in readiness efforts for new rigs going to the field.
• Ensure safety procedures are carried out in shop and in yard.
• Maintaining general order in both shop and yard.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Age of 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work beyond 8-hour workday, holidays/weekends if needed.

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to handle new challenges and troubleshoot various mechanical and electrical problems.
