Dicksons is a leading manufacturer and distributor of home décor, jewelry, and inspirational gifts. We are located in Seymour, Indiana, with over 228,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space. We employ approximately 100 people and offer an extensive line of over 8,500 items.

As a shipping data entry clerk, you will be responsible for accurately completing all shipping documents as well as updating customer portals as their shipments are released. You will collect and maintain a database by performing data entry from paper and electronic documents from our customers; including wholesale retailers, Amazon Prime, Sincerely Hers, and Zulily. You will also match packing lists/picking documents and purchase orders, and collect all documentation for inbound and outbound shipments. We will equip you with the knowledge and skills that you need to be successful and efficient in this role!

Job Requirements:

• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time while accurately maintaining records is required

· Must be able to use keyboard/computer and clearly communicate with multiple departments

• Ability to work independently and within a team structure with a variety of people
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Job requires some standing and lifting or moving packages that weigh up to ??? lbs.
