Arlo Skye is seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator to represent the Arlo Skye brand. The right candidate is excited to be part of a fast-growing, upmarket travel brand and is eager to take on an array of responsibilities.

- Excellent interpersonal skills (speaking and writing).
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic.
- Calm, level-headed personality.
- Smart and organized.
- Hard-working with a "no task is too small" attitude.
- Never satisfied with the status quo, always thinking "how can we do this better?".
- Eager to learn and take on new and varied responsibilities.
- Prior experience working with Shopify, Customer Service Management Platforms (like Gorgias, Zendesk), Inventory Management Platforms (like Orderhive, Trade Gecko, Stitch Labs, Ecomdash).
- Fluency in English.
- Can work on all 5 workdays of the week (Monday to Friday) between 9 am to 5 pm EST.
What you’ll do:
Order Fulfillment Coordination:
- Monitor special shipments/tracking numbers.
Warehouse Coordination:
- Coordinate with Customer Service Manager on orders to be shipped/returned.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Manager to manage and refund orders (via our software interface: Loop).
Shipments Monitoring:
- Handle all Freight Claims and customer chargebacks.
- Get in touch with FedEx Hot Line to solve shipment issues/delays.
- Use FedEx Ship Manager software to create custom labels (for international shipments).
