Work hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm (OT & Weekends if needed).

Job Summary:

Employees who package merchandise are responsible for the final product review before those materials are sent out to the client and out of Super Color Digital’s possession. Creating safety and security for shipped materials ensure client satisfaction. Efficiency and speed get packages to the client before the end of the scheduled arrival time.

Job Duties:

• Physical counting of merchandise received from Finishing and verifying that merchandise is correct and in perfect condition before Packaging
• Make sure that Work Order matches lasers which match merchandise
• Maintain protocols for secured packaging environments
• Communicate frequently with Shipping Manager regarding current Work Orders
• Build cardboard boxes from flat stock cardboard
• Package merchandise of unusual sizes and shapes
• Check that all information regarding Work Order/merchandise is correct before accepting job, perform Packaging duties perfectly and check that all information is correct regarding Work Order/packaging before giving the job to the next stage of Production
• Assist in shipping to include preparing packing slips for local deliveries and shipments
• Assist with the creation of Fed Ex and UPS labels for shipments
• Communicate with outside carriers regarding shipments via email
• Assist with local deliveries and pick up of materials
• Maintain accurate staging on cyrious software
• Maintain organized and clean working environment
• Maintain and update standard operating procedure for Packaging departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Must have warehouse, Packaging and/or distribution experience
• Must have a NV Driver’s License

Safety Requirements:

• OSHA forklift certified
• Ability to stand throughout shift and lift 50 pounds, without straining
