Position Summary:

Hogue is seeking a Full-Time Shipping Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers. The Shipping Associate is responsible for picking orders, packaging, and shipping finished goods to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain clean work areas.
• Monitor and Re-stocking shipping supplies.
• Pick and pack orders from pick lists, using a variety of shipping options that are pre-determined, these include USPS, UPS, Fed-EX. Orders picked may be single or multiple items or cases.
• Helping to palletize large orders.
• Double-checking orders for other associates.
• International Shipping
• Willing to learn other tasks in the department, including paperwork and multiple shipping programs.
• Monitor Emails.
• Communicate with Customer Service.
• Follow procedures to ship packages to customers.

Skills/Requirements:

• Attention to detail is essential.
• Able to follow through on tasks to completion.
• Experience in UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, and Endicia.
• Experience with inventory systems is a plus.
• International shipping experience with regulated product is a plus.
• Ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Ability to communicate and be a team player within multiple departments.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and carry up to 20 feet.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Pass Medical physical and drug pre-employment screening.
• Cleared Federal Criminal Background Check; our business maintains an ATF permit.
• Documents for eligibility to work in the United States must be presented upon hire.
