Job Purpose

To ensure Company standards are met in the event a Store Manager or Franchise owner is unavailable and to ensure Team Members comply with policies and procedures. Upholds and executes the vision and mission of JIU! and assists others in doing the same.

Responsibilities

1. Serve only quality products in a sparkling store!

• Follow JIU! standards when handling and preparing all smoothies, juices, bowls and food.
• Follow JIU! standards when cleaning and maintaining equipment, POS, windows, floors, shelving, counters, tables, chairs, outside areas, restrooms, and any part of the JIU! store.
• Ensure store is stocked for customers at all times.
• Follow health and safety standards to assists others in doing the same.

2. Say Hi & Offer Samples and Product Knowledge

• Welcome every customer with a sincere “Hello, welcome to Juice It Up!” and offer them samples. Answer any questions and offer product knowledge.

3. POS and Cash Handling

• Master POS and order-taking process to ensure correct product, always ask for customer name and deliver drink with customer name and drink name.
• Be able to count change and have be skilled at accepting cash, credit cards and gift cards for payment.
• Able to enter coupons, discounts, and use mobile app

4. Training

• He/she must be capable and competent at employee training
• A competent leader; able to manage store in the absence of an owner or manager

Qualifications and Characteristics

• Must be willing to obtain a food handlers card
• Possess excellent customer service skills;
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred;
• Verbal and written communications skills;
• Ability to take direction and follow-through
• Energetic – works with a sense of urgency
• Friendly – genuinely pleasant, welcoming and sociable
• Prideful – shows pride in self, store, product quality and the JIU! Brand
• Respectful – polite and courteous to customers and team members

• Proficient in English – (bilingual in Spanish an added bonus)

Our Future
Since 2018, Juice It Up! has been owned by three families with a passion for food and franchised systems: Chris Britt of Britt Private Capital, Ed St. Geme of Jupiter Holdings and Chris Braun of Dover Shores Capital.
