Position Type: Full-Time
Work Site: Patuxent River, MD
Work Location: Hybrid on-site and remote. (See COVID-19 procedures below)

**COVID-19 Procedures: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and deliver technical training to SharePoint users on the functionality and features of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Office 365 as applicable to their organization and usage.
• Work closely with the SharePoint technical team to learn and understand the functionally, features, and applicable tips and tricks within SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.
• Design and develop training plans and materials including briefings, handouts, training handbooks, job aids, visual aids, training scenarios, and web-based tutorials.
• Schedule, plan, and conduct training including one-on-one training, formal courses, workshops, and seminars. The audience will vary from 1 to over 300 participants.
• Update/modify training based on course feedback and new features.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:
Required:

• 3 years of related classroom and/or training experience required.
• Experience with SharePoint or a related IT collaboration tool required.

Desired:

• Training experience within a DOD IT environment highly desired.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Active secret clearance highly desired. Interim secret clearance acceptable to start.

Education:
BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
