We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a SharePoint Developer to work out of Arlington, VA.

Our ideal candidate will work primarily in SharePoint Online and Power Platform. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate will provide support with the governance, planning, development, and sustainment of SharePoint 2016.

Essential Duties:

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build new SPO and Power Platform solutions.
• Provide O&M for existing solutions.
• Migrate existing InfoPath forms and web-based solutions into Power Platform and SPO.
• Communicate progress, needs, and planning with supervisors on a weekly basis.
• Meet project deadlines and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years' experience with MS SharePoint.
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Online (Office 365) Development using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience of developing SharePoint Online sites and pages.
• Experience of developing Power Automate workflows.
• Practical SharePoint Online product experience - configuring, administration, development and deploying solutions.
• Practical experience in the use of PowerShell is a plus.
• Experience in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, CAML, CSOM, JSOM, API etc.
• Excellent client facing experience and communications skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to priorities, plan and multitask work assignments.
• Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience taking requirements and generating designs and implementing a final solution.
• Experience developing SharePoint web parts, site templates, content types.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
• Cloud design, implementation, and configuration.
• Security Development Operations (SecDevOps).
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.
• Agile development processes and implementation.
• Practical experience in the use of PowerShell is a plus.
• Drupal and/or UiPath is a plus.

Education/ Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
