Schedule and book service appointments
Schedule and book customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
Manage and oversee the service department’s workflow and scheduling.
Opening and closing repair orders for customer invoicing.
Making sure technicians times are properly flagged for the work completed.
Responsible for presenting customers with estimates regarding their repair and maintenance needs.
Act as a line of communication between technician and customer. Includes presenting customer with technician findings and recommendations.
Answer customer questions and concerns in regards to service requests.
Maintain positive customer relationships to build good rapport and repeat business.
Working with customers and their extended warranties to get approvals on needed repairs.
Monday - Friday, weekend off, and paid holidays for full time employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
