What would a typical day look like?
As the Service Coordinator at our company, your time will be spent ensuring our clients receive a world-class service and support experience 100% of the time. Our clients spent a lot of money for us to install very sophisticated technology into their homes, and they rely upon us to make sure that technology is always working properly. When they call in asking for support, it's your highest priority to ensure that they receive the best support experience possible. You won't be providing the actual support itself, but you'll coordinate the right resources and personnel to make sure their support gets completed!
This will include working extensively within a suite of service tools that we have implemented, including Slack for communications and Zendesk for ticket-tracking (don’t worry, we’ll train you on these tools). You will be responsible for ensuring follow-through in a timely manner, coordinating and scheduling resources, and staying in close communication with our clients throughout the process. You will work directly with our company leadership and field service team to continually ensure that our service systems and highly-structured processes are adhered to by both our internal team and our valued clients.
While most of your role will involve service coordinating tasks and projects, there are other parts of the business that will require your attention. You will be responsible for assisting with office upkeep, answering phones, greeting clients who walk into our offices, assisting our executive team with various tasks, and managing internal meetings/appointments.
Some days, your daily work will be planned and structured. However, ours is a fast-moving and dynamic line of work. Your priorities can shift at a moment’s notice. You must be comfortable with this and willing to be an active participant in juggling multiple demands. We need someone that can take curveballs like a champ!
You will always be expected to treat our clients with patience and friendliness no matter how big or small their issue. Client service is something we hold sacred at our company, so it is of the utmost importance that you be willing and able to serve as a helping hand for our clients in their moment of need.
What should you bring to the table?
- 1-3 years in a high-end customer-facing service role preferred; however, we are willing to train the right rockstar candidate!
- a high-school degree or GED equivalent;
- organizational skills - dedication to details and follow-through is a must!
- patience and friendly personality at all times;
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- ability to be resourceful and willing to patiently work through challenging situations that are different from each other day to day

- Reliable transportation and clean driving record;
