About Easterseals

Easterseals is leading the way to full equity, inclusion, and access through life-changing disability and community services. Easterseals provides essential services and on-the-ground supports to more than 1.5 million people each year — from early childhood programs for the critical first five years, to autism services, to medical rehabilitation and employment programs, to veterans’ services, and more. Our public education, policy, and advocacy initiatives positively shape perceptions and address the urgent and evolving needs of the one in four Americans living with disabilities today. Together, we’re empowering people with disabilities, families and communities to be full and equal participants in society.

Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) is a statewide program within the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for families with children birth up to age 3, with developmental delays, disabilities, or certain medical diagnoses that may impact development. ECI services support families as they learn how to help their children grow and learn.

As a Service Coordinator with Easterseals ECI, you will play an essential role in providing case management services to help families access and receive the services, resources, and supports they need to support their child's development. You will work with families to identify goals based on their needs, and provide consistent support in progress towards these goals. Service Coordinators are essential in connecting our families to valuable community resources, providing support in navigating their child's medical and developmental needs, and participating as part of a team in regular evaluations of child and family needs.

  • Support families in navigating other medical needs and assessments
  • Participate with team members to coordinate and conduct regular developmental evaluations and assessments
