Ray Skillman Southside KIA is looking for a motivated and professional individual for an open Service Advisor position at our dealership. Automotive service experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone who has a passion for working in an exciting and fast paced environment and who makes the customer relationship a priority.

Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and an upbeat and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Ability to learn automotive terms and have a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair, and work with basic computer programs
Responsibilities:
- Establish effective communications with the customer, understand the customer's needs, and build rapport with customers and team members
- Present needed vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers
- Communicate customer requests and concerns completely and accurately
- Work in a team setting with the Service Manager, Technicians, and other Service Advisors to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
