The Bartender greets each guest with energy, enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor and prepares and serves beverages in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Reads guests' individual needs, connects and converses with guests to provide personalized service and creates a memorable bar experience for all guests. The bartender maintains the organization and impeccable cleanliness of the bar and work area and adheres to food safety standards. Opens bar and sets up for service, takes drink orders, prepares all beverage orders according to The Breakers standards, rings all orders on the point of sale system, handles payment accurately, maintains the responsibility of the restaurant bank including handling cash sales, employee tip out and bank drop.

Breakers West servers provide engaging, friendly and excellent service to our guests. They memorize and explain daily specials and up-sell, take food and beverage orders, properly ring them in Micros and deliver food and beverages to guests with a smile. They are responsible for the cleanliness of the dining room and outside seating areas and clean tables, maintain salt and pepper shakers, sugar caddies and back-of-the-house areas. Stocks food and beverage needs for the day and completes closing side work such as cleaning coffee urns and ice tea machines.
