Server Job at Wellington at Lake Manassas
Supports the Food and Beverage Experience in the retirement community, including but not limited to Restaurant, Bartenders, Baristas, Servers and the resident’s dining experience. Ensures that RUI standards and procedures are being carried out in food and beverage departments. Will help hire, recruit, and train.
REQUIREMENTS
COVID-19 vaccination required for employment.- Hospitality or Restaurant experience preferred.
- Must be neat, well groomed, and in designated uniform during working hours.
- Must have basic understanding of food item preparation.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and supervise others.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, bend, reach and pull.
- Must be able to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and exert up to 25 lbs. of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Must be willing and able to learn quickly.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekend and holidays.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
