You are effective at communicating and addressing the needs of your store to your staff and GM to maintain an environment driven by success, positivity, and opportunity.

• Previous restaurant experience.
• Friendly, passionate, and inspirational approach to leadership.
• Passion for mentoring and staff development.
• Upholding the highest level of food quality (BOH) and customer service (FOH).
• Ability to jump in and assist where and when needed.
• Address performance issues efficiently and respectfully via development and conflict management.
