As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will develop and execute global sourcing, capacity optimization, and supplier management activities for assigned categories to meet company continuous improvement, profitability, and productivity goals.

Key job functions include:

· Identify and develop long-term partnerships with suppliers enhance product, supply chain, and technological capabilities for Andis.

· Evaluate supplier performance and drive necessary decisions to improve or change the supply base.

· Lead cross-functional implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs for both MRO and inventory categories along with creating standard work, process flow, and work instructions for related VMI programs.

· Review and publish commodity cost indicators and publications to drive competitive costing and mitigate cost associated risk.

· Negotiate supplier agreements and material contracts to include pricing, terms, and lead times to optimize total value of ownership.

A bachelor’s degree is required and a minimum of 5 years sourcing or equivalent experience. This role includes approximately 10-15% domestic and international travel.
