Griffith Foods is a global manufacturer of food products. We provide a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world. Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. The primary focus of this position is to lead talent management, organization development (OD), and Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity (DIB&E) initiatives for the region. The individual serves as a regional expert and adviser for the HR team and leaders and is responsible for strategy planning and implementation. The individual will also be part of the global talent team contributing to Griffith’s talent strategy and helping to bring standard process and approach of talent related items to the region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Talent & Organization Development
  • Develop and/or implement frameworks, programs, policies and processes for:
  • Leadership development
  • Future Talent and Management development programs
  • Talent reviews and succession planning (People & Organization Plan)
  • Talent and capabilities development to build bench strength
  • Training needs and analysis
  • Learning and development
  • Performance management
  • Conduct and facilitate workshops as and when needed
  • Manage relationships with external vendors/ learning partners
  • Develop metrics to track learning effectiveness, costs and ROI
Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging & Equity (DIB&E)
  • Drive initiatives to build awareness of DIB&E and develop strong culture to support our DIB&E goals and objectives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent education/professional training.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience in T&OD roles.
  • Knowledge and understanding of DIB&E in North America.
  • Ability to determine strategies and engage others.
  • Demonstrated talent development experience (training content development and delivery experience, program and project management).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines, while continuing to deliver service excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Advanced level English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, while being self-directed and self-motivated.
  • Proven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders across diverse regions and at all levels of the organization.
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
  • Travel 15%.
