THE ROLE
You will be responsible for mentoring and leading a highly-motivated and high-performing team focused on supporting ClearForMe’s business clients in their Ingredient Transparency journey. You will help to establish overall strategy, set priorities, and support hands-on tactical activities as necessary to achieve the Company’s goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Building and managing a team of high-performing operations and customer relations team members by developing and coaching to their strengths through open communication and clear expectations with a focus on achieving volume and conversion targets
- Identifying and executing on process and customer experience improvements through data collection and insights
- Developing and monitoring various operational reports, KPIs, quality metrics and SLAs of the team and taking appropriate action, as necessary
- Mentoring / coaching the team on their professional goals and guiding them through daily operational challenges while fostering a culture of achievement, open communication and high integrity
- Creating workflows and processes, looking at metrics in order to find new ways to improve, creating procedures. You are detailed planner.
- Designing and deploying email and call campaigns to help clients get the best and most out of our services.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree required, with Master's degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the customer operations or customer service/support function in a fast paced, tech-driven environment
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing, metrics-based teams
- Experience in consumer retail, B2B customer experience, or SaaS services operations, strongly preferred
- Superior data and analytics skills with an ability to derive insights and drive change
- Proven record of building strong teams with focus on growth and mentorship - must be KPI driven and have very high EQ
- Savvy with project management tools (ex. Jira, Asana), CRMs (ex. Hubspot, Salesforce) & use of Spreadsheets (knowledge of pivot tables and formulas)
- Must have an innate sense of service and empathy for others, both customers and employees
- A passion for Retail Shopper Experience and Retailer Transparency is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites.
- In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
