Position Description
Responsibilities
- Invoice clients accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with financial policy.
- Accounts Receivable: Perform timely collection of debt owed to NSAI, Inc. Update log with collection efforts. Prepare report bi-weekly to assess priority & collection tasks needed.
- Accounts Payable: Review and enter vendor invoices & process weekly check runs in accordance with financial policy.
- Daily cash management: collection of funds received and processed in accordance with financial policy.
- Account Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliation & assist in various month end balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in the month end /year end closing process.
- Other Accounting functions: Assist in other accounting functions as required.
- Administrative support: Provide administration support for local and visiting NSAI Auditors / Inspectors and personnel, as required.
- Office administration: Basic office procedures, maintain database and office files. Answer telephone calls, order office supplies, maintain upkeep of the office space, and other duties as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Perform any other duties as may be required.
Key Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Integra financial system experience preferred.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Methodical approach to work.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude.
- High level of accuracy.
- Multitask & organize workload.
- Adhere to deadlines.
- Knowledge of the related Quality Management System documentation and requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
