The Senior Executive Assistant role is a full-time position supporting the Managing Partners of Continuum Planning Partners, which is a comprehensive financial planning firm. You will be responsible for organizing the day-to-day activities of firm owners, managing strategic projects, and assisting in the operational functions of the firm.

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients of the managing partners through email and phone calls
• Organize meetings for managing partners, including scheduling and sending reminders
• Track compliance requirements are met for all clients of the managing partners
• Gather outstanding information from clients needed for financial planning, investment accounts, or insurance policies
• Submit service items, new accounts, and policy requests to the operations team and manage the completion of priority cases
• Track implementation items from financial plans for completion and reporting back to clients
• Ensure managing partners have all documents and reporting needed for client meetings. Assist with company financial reportingCoordinate client gifts, events, and touchpoints
• Oversee and train other CPP advisors’ administrative assistants

• Two or more years in a position working for someone at an executive level
• Prior financial services experience is preferred, but not required
• High-level capabilities using Microsoft Office products
• Ability to coordinate with various departments and delegation of tasks
• Detail-oriented and able to manage own time with minimal direction
• Self-navigating and resourceful
• Pragmatic: Generates sensible, realistic, practical solutions to problems
