We are seeking a full time Senior Director, Member Engagement responsible for designing and implementing an enterprise engagement strategy that will deliver industry-leading engagement between our patients (members) and care teams. This includes building awareness with our members, driving them into our health centers (virtual and in-person) and increasing repeat visits among those who are high risk and/or chronically ill so that we can produce healthier outcomes and material savings for our patients and clients.

This is a remote, full-time position with the potential for up to 25% required travel. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an enterprise engagement strategy
  • Promote the strategic levers for driving repeatable engagement and partnering with Account Managers to increase adoption among our clients
  • Serve as an escalation point to provide consultation and strategic support for clients where the Playbook is falling short
  • Partner with Marketing team to design marketing kits and creative assets tied to our strategic levers to increase awareness, consideration, and demand for our service
  • Partner with key stakeholders in clinical, operations, reporting and tech that are key to execution so they buy into the strategy and can help execute
  • Build and manage the Member Engagement Team and help them deliver
  • Own the Engagement Scorecard and partner with BI team to forecast and track performance, hold stakeholders accountable for delivery and troubleshoot execution when stalled
  • Own our “engagement story” and participate in sales and client meetings to increase buy in for our approach
  • Partner with finance to create unit economics and guardrails to govern engagement spend and prioritize investments.
  • Design org structure, processes and tooling that will help us scale.
  • Monitor external best practices and institute continuous improvement to our campaigns
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in customer engagement, consumer marketing, or related area ideally in B to B to C environment
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Extensive experience with building customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
  • People Management experience and experience growing a team
  • Demonstrated ability in driving results through and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytics skills to monitor and improve performance
  • Understanding of the healthcare landscape, including benefit design and how consumers seek and select healthcare
  • Ability to inspire and be a role model for the greater organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you will interact with customers, executives, vendors and cross-functional teammates regularly
  • Ability to influence executive leaders and navigate a highly-matrixed organization to ensure proper resourcing and execution
  • Inclusive thinker – ability to partner on eventual solutions with peers and stakeholders and not work in a vacuum
  • Creative thinker so you can see beyond the exact request and produce materials that answer the “why.”
