Leffler Consulting is searching for an IC Acquisition practitioner and policy expert in support of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) providing senior executive level support to the NRO Strategic Decision Framework (SDF) and the Corporate Decision Process (CDP)/Corporate Information Process (CIP). An active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI polygraph is required.

Duties

• Provide expertise in DNI and DoD Acquisition policy and update Acquisition policies and procedures for the NRO
• Issue analysis, groups, boards, and councils that support NRO management processes in accordance with approved NRO Corporate governance
• Prepare decision packages
• Support the development of charters and business rules for the SDF and the CDP
• Execute administrative tasks required to schedule, conduct, and document the SDF and the CDP
• Document and provide the minutes for each NRO Corporate Group, NRO Corporate Board, and NRO Corporate Council meeting
• Develop, maintain, and update website content and structure

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline

Required Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in DNI or DoD Acquisition Management

Desired Education

• Master’s degree preferred but not required

Salary varies according to position level and experience ($80,000-$215,000)
