Mandate Points: Need minimum solid 12+ years of Senior IT candidate who is Strong as Senior Business Analyst with combination of ETL, SQL Expert, Prior Data Warehousing Projects Experience + Excellent Communication skills.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be leading digital transformation projects for our clients, responsible for performing a wide range of roles in a timely and professional manner. One who can precisely and consistently capture business and technical requirement, work effectively with the business stakeholders, subject matter experts and solution delivery teams, prioritize all requirements to meet required timelines and most critical needs. Has the ability to intelligently question business stakeholders and SMEs to drive completeness in the requirements, can uncover needs that business stakeholders and end users would not be able to articulate on their own by employing various elicitation techniques develop a set of appropriate use cases that support the requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with the business and understand the business needs and translate them into business requirements.
• Analyze the data sources using strong SQL skills to understand the data sources, cardinality, quality issues that require inputs into data required to meet business needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories that can be execute within an Agile sprint.
• Answer questions as needed with development and architectural needs while implementing such business needs.
• Perform data testing as needed to ensure development meets the requirements.
• Meet with the business to perform user requirement testing to understand test cases and ensure development is meeting the needs.
• Meet with client as required to provide delivery expertise and drive results.
• Take accountability to complete work on time and raise blockers and issues to ensure timelines are met.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed with a high satisfaction and build client and Trianz peer relationships to build trust and confidence.

Required Skills

• Requires BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Analytics related field and 10+ years’ related experience in analytics development.
• 5+ years of strong demonstratable SQL experience in writing queries to analyze data to meet business requirements.
• Prior experience working in Data Warehouse projects and strong understanding of data warehouse concepts.
• Experience performing data source analysis as input into forming ETL requirements and design.
• Experience with reading and understanding data models in how they relate to achieving business requirements.
• Patience to hunt for data, willingness to learn and effectively communicating with business for questions.
• Self-motivated, capable of resolving problems/blockers and able to prioritize tasks reasonably and effectively.
• Intelligent but practical; you want to get things done and love simplicity.

Required Qualification

• Bachelors/Master’s in computer science, Engineering, Technology or related field.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a BA or related field.

Technical Skill:

• Strong SQL
• ETL
• Prior experience working for Data warehouse Project.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
