Trustcare Nurse Registry is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) in Lauderhill, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miramar and surrounding areas to join the team on a Per Diem basis. The LPN or RN will provide excellent skilled nursing care to clients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities. They will care for our clients by providing client education, emotional support and facilitate their speedy recovery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Currently licensed in the state of Florida
• Must have a clear background screening (Level 2 – AHCA)
• Current BLS CPR
• Read and communicate in English
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administering medication and treatment to clients
• Monitoring residents, their responses to treatment care plans.
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting patient data
• Reports any changes in the clients’ conditions
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborating with team members to follow care plans
• Prepares clinical and progress notes for the clinical record
• document appropriately
• Maintains confidentiality of all clients and agency matters
• Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $100.00 per hour
