Job Description:
Sullivan Palatek is rapidly expanding and we are looking for a Second Shift; 3 to 11:30PM, Supervisor immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and be hands-on in assemble of industrial and portable air compressors. Manage all second shift personnel.
- Coordinate with the project management team on a daily basis to ensure machinery sub-assemblies are completed on time and efficiently.
- Correspond with supervisor(s) to ensure material for production is available upon request.
- Oversee daily task execution, ensuring workflow is properly allocated among the personnel and executed with precision and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a manufacturing facility supervisor with limited supervision.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be well versed in computer usage and software such as Microsoft Office.
- Analyzing information and providing reports
- Great attention to detail and efficiency
Experience:
- Manufacturing Management: 3 years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 year (Required)
Job distance:
- Michigan City, IN: Between 21 and 30 miles (Preferred)
