SUMMARY: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources area and assisting all trail guide and managers with human resources related information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. • Assists with processing and new hire orientation for domestic and J-1 students. • Responsible for tracking, inputting and filing all required information on applicants.

  • Administrative duties such as name tags, filing, making copies, faxing and mailing documents, reset of passwords, and performs other clerical functions as required. • Processing employee direct deposit information and resolving direct deposit issues (bank accounts, pay cards). • Assemble and distribute monthly employee birthday cards. • Coordinate and construct monthly newsletter.
  • Schedules meetings and orientation as needed. • Responsible for the distribution, inventory, and ordering of uniforms. • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files. • Assists and prepares correspondence and processes mail.
  • Requires regular and predictable attendance. • Assists HR Director and Managers with various special projects, as assigned. • All other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: There are no Supervisory duties associated with this position.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Level 3 High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college preferred; at least two years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Level 3 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating procedures/instructions. Proficiency in English language is required in order to effectively communicate with guests/associates. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Level 2 Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY: Level 3 Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: • Valid TN Driver’s license or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Willingness to perform any required task within associate’s capabilities in order to effectively meet the needs of the Company. Ability to get along well with others.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including competent typing skills. • Requires the ability to operate various office equipment to include a computer, word processing, spreadsheets, voice mail, copier, fax, calculator.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal/inter-personal skills with ability to speak to individuals at all levels. • Excellent organization skills. • Ability to act independently with little supervision.
