Seasonal Employee - Splash Pad Attendant Job at Village of Sussex
The Village of Sussex is now hiring Splash Pad Attendants to work at The Grove in Village Park. Splash Pad Attendants will help keep our splash pad, pavilion, multi-sport courts, and playground clean and safe. Primary responsibilities include answering patron questions and resolving any issues; cleaning restrooms, the day camp pavilion, splash pad area, playground, multi-sport courts, and general area around The Grove; completing chemical checks; and conducting general patrols of the area to address issues and answer questions. The seasonal position runs from the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Applicants must be 18 or older.
Hours: A Splash Pad Attendant is needed every day from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Each Attendant will work on a rotational bases each week to cover the hours listed above. Individual work schedules (days/times) will be distributed weekly. We anticipate hiring two Splash Pad Attendants who will each work on average 35 hours per week throughout the summer; however, we are willing to consider anyone interested in working fewer or more hours.
Wage: $14/hour
