Balance Point Wellness, LLC is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, equine-facilitated therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth division and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools.

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team! Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, etc.) to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in Baltimore County schools.

*Please note this is not a Guidance Counselor position. This is a Mental Health Therapist position within the Baltimore County schools.*

This position can be split between our schools and one of our other offices or Telehealth division. If interested, this position can be either a 10-month position on school schedules or a 12-month position.

Salary Range:

• $50,000 and up for 12-month employees*
• *Range is dependent on clinical experience and job type
• W2 salaried employees can earn up to 5 weeks of PTO
• Hiring bonus available for full-time W2 employees

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
• Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Licensed in Maryland to provide mental health treatment
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background Check
• Highly organized and possesses time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
