As a member of our dynamic support team, you will act as the glue that binds our agency partner’s needs and therapist’s availability together, ensuring that every patient's need is answered. Because there is no place quite like home when you’re recovering from an injury or illness you will be instrumental in helping these patients receive the care they so desperately need. You will work with therapists to provide logistical support and coordinate care for patients. You will also work with our agency partners to ensure that patient referrals are efficiently responded to, and best-in-class care is delivered.

Currently, we are growing in your area. We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in our Burr Ridge, IL office.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assign therapists to patient cases based on specific criteria and within established time frames.
  • Reassigning therapists to patient cases when necessary.
  • Forecasting for upcoming hiring needs and communicating those with management.
  • Assure that the initial patient visit is done within the specified time frame.
  • Maintaining professional and timely communication with customers and field therapists.
    Establishing rapport with customers and field therapists.

The job requirements for this position include:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
