Scan Coordinator

Role:

As the Scan Coordinator, you will be part of the Wellpinit Trading Post leadership team, specifically working with pricing and margins for store operations. You will use in-store software and technology to accomplish daily tasks. We are looking for someone who has great computer skills, is passionate about serving the community, and is interested in training to elevate business operations for the Wellpinit Trading Post.

Focus:

The Scan Coordinator will keep a vigilant watch over current inventory, be on the lookout for new products, and monitor store margins. You will work with other store leaders to create and maintain efficient processes to keep the accounts balanced. You must be trustworthy and self-motivated for times when the store needs you to oversee opening and closing shifts. Although there is room for flexibility in the schedule, the Scan Coordinator will be a full-time position with work schedules planned for 40hrs a week. Because the Trading Post is vital to the community, there is a high likelihood that the Scan Coordinator may occasionally work Sunday-Saturday, including holidays. This position will be full-time/Non-Exempt, with an excellent benefit package.

Skills:

We are looking for someone who can work with computers and learn things quickly. The Scan Coordinator must be organized and have the ability to articulate numbers. Teamwork and exceptional customer service will be required, along with the ability to work through adversity while maintaining a positive attitude. We want someone who will help the Trading Post grow, with a dedication to serve the needs of our community and have fun while doing it.

Other Requirements:

• Must be over the age of 18. Background check required.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours a week and occasional holidays.
• Have a desire to lead Trading Post employees and operations.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and often challenging environment.
• Scan Coordinator earnings of $18 -$21/hr.
