The Sales Operations Specialist will work directly with the Sales Operations Manager to accomplish a variety of tasks and projects to assist and support the sales field.

What you will do in your role

• To create, disseminate, and maintain GoCanvas applications and create reporting based on information entered into the system by our field and Home Office Leaders.
• Follow a schedule of reports due each day
• Create and send out additional reports as needed
• Respond to emails / phone calls directed to GoCanvas
• Create Weekly reports based on information received in GoCanvas
• Assign Logins for new Managers within GoCanvas
• Update GoCanvas apps
• Build new GoCanvas apps
• Do restructures when there are changes in Stores/DSM?s/RD?s/AVP?s
• Remove users as needed
• Support building and managing GoCanvas Applications
• Analyze performance, trends, and training
• Support operational changes with new or updated applications
• Personal schedule management, organized, self-starter, able to multi-task, and detail oriented
• Ability to work with multiple personalities at one time and encourage engagement, collaboration
• Provide guidance for projects/reporting initiatives for multiple departments
• Collaborate with multiple teams and subject matter experts to develop GoCanvas solutions
• Design and implement GoCanvas apps that will optimize efficiency and accuracy in reporting
• Maintain a dashboard of all project statuses, completion goals, backlog items
• Provide paperless solutions to address needs and overall organizational gaps
• Help users troubleshoot issues with GoCanvas
• Drive engagement in the systems and ensure updated forms used across the company
• Demonstrates a flexible, adaptive, and responsive approach to the needs of the company
• Engage in continual learning to strengthen personal knowledge
• Assist / Partner with Training and Sales Ops on projects as they arise
