The Sales Operations Analyst is an integral member of the Sales and Marketing team and is expected to work both independently and as a member of a highly interdependent team. This position plays a significant role in helping the community meet and/or exceed their marketing and sales goals. Responsible for marketing the Summit Vista lifestyle to prospects and analyzing various business metrics to determine the prospects viability and next best step in the sales and marketing process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Conducts Financial Pre-Residency Interviews: Reviews Financial Information Form, supporting documentation, completes spend down reports, residency approvals.

  • Tracks all transactions/wire transfers, Entrance Deposits and Promissory Notes. Manages income from Entrance Deposits using Settlement Ledger.
  • Reviews and approves Marketing Report - tracks all reservations, move-ins, refunds, community census.
  • Compiles, analyzes and reports sales data for investors and other stakeholders to improve sales ratios and revenue production, identifies trends in marketing strategies
  • Creates Control Book for selections process for each new residential building, develops spreadsheets with costs, samples and design for each floor plan.
  • Handles phone and email inquiries of community in a timely and professional manner. Identifies needs of prospects. Sets appointments for tours with Retirement Counselors.
  • Leads strategic sales follow-up. Carries out prospecting activities, such as calls, emails and/or mail letters to develop new leads, follow-up on initial leads, and obtain referrals as necessary.
  • Customizes reports, resolves errors, creates new tracking metrics for all CRM functionality.
  • Utilizes CRM software for the following: Records all interactions/tasks in a timely manner, completes sales reports, track Key Performance Indicators.
  • Trains and coaches staff on all CRM functionality including onboarding new staff.
  • Develops and shares sales ideas and techniques.
  • Assists in marketing events as directed by the Marketing and Sales Director.
  • Attendance is an essential function of this position.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:*
1. Minimum three years related work experience or high school degree (Bachelors degree preferred) and minimum five years related work experience
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent IT and analytical skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
English: highly proficient in both spoken and written English
