ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Coordinator, you will partner with our sales team and Walmart Partners to provide the necessary support to grow our business. The Sales Coordinator should be a team oriented individual, who will set our accounts up for success seasonally by providing critical assets, as well as supporting the sales team to provide best in class service to accounts. This role will also develop, implement and communicate processes including data management, and policies while ensuring alignment with cross-functional peers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support sales for our customers by providing monthly copy/content information for our toys
  • Align our brand standard by supporting accounts with images of product or provide samples and brand guides to accounts for photography
  • Review store and .com business to ensure proper image usage, pricing and brand standards
  • Build and manage sample sets and support with showroom appointments
  • Circulate marketing materials to accounts – brand kits, planograms and partner with marketing on the creation of these assets
  • Support customer presentations, create final planogram presentations in Spaceman software, collect and distribute test reports, complete customer quotes
  • Effectively communicate with customers, as well as serve as a contributor to the product development & product selection for key retail partners
  • Manage EDI setups and dropship account setup/management
  • Manage item setup process
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments to minimize chargebacks and item setup penalties
  • Participate in recurrent cross-functional and project meetings
  • Create cross-functional standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Establish process for reporting and communicate with corresponding concerned stakeholders
  • Navigate and utilize Walmart Vendor Portal to ensure business continuity
  • Support the team with additional tasks to drive sales and provide best in class customer service
  • Lead special projects as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, or similar field strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or in a Consumer Goods company
  • Must be able to balance both consumer and customer focus, as well as strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Detail oriented with exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or G-Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with research and data and data analysis
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Excellent interpersonal & multi-tasking with excellent time management skills
  • Clear and strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Ability to collaborate & communicate effectively with cross-functional departments to maximize the growth and financial health of the accounts
