Retail Sales Associate – Hourly wage PLUS commission

We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate that is willing to split time between our Salt Lake County stores as needed. Great Sales Associates will always have the opportunity to advance within the company and share their talents with others.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates individual sales excellence on all product categories.
• Meets minimal revenue goals established by management.
• Adheres to all procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Punctual in attending scheduled shift and sales meetings.
• Follows the corporate sales process in great detail.
• Completes assigned daily housekeeping tasks, providing a great environment for our customers.
• Maintains confidentiality of information.
• Represents the company in a professional manner…on and off site.
