Sales Associate for Accessories & Jewelry Department Job at Dillards
Our company is hiring a Sales Associate to create a positive and professional customer experience when selling our products. You will work directly with customers to meet their needs, while following our procedures and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. The Sales Associate role requires an understanding of all of our products, as well as excellent communication skills to communicate company policies. Ultimately, the goal is to help customers find the right product for their needs and make the purchase process quick and easy.
Responsibilities:
- Follow regular procedures to handle customer enquiries, referrals and complaints.
- Deliver sales presentations, demonstrate products and answer questions.
- Expand sales opportunities by identifying new customers and up-selling existing ones.
- Monitor stock levels, look for price discrepancies and keep inventory records up-to-date.
- Use multiple software applications
- Perform cash handling duties like accepting cheques, making change etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
