Career minded individual to join our team of dedicated, customer centered associates. Must have a minimum of 2 years one-on-one sales experience with proven successful sales track. Ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, service oriented, neat, articulate and punctual. We will train on our products. Red Wing shoes and boots are #1 in the industry worldwide. Our loyal customer base includes industrial and individual Red Wing followers. Compensation is based on hourly plus monthly bonus. Individual full time employee averages $18 to $20 per hr.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers needs through established sales process.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales practices.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive customer satisfaction and sales.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell shoe brand to industrial businesses.
• Achieve department's sales goals on a daily, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Continuously update knowledge of product line and extensions.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Skills
• Proven work experience as a one-on-one Sales Representative. (Cashier experience does not qualify)
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Ability to learn and follow established sales process.
