Job Summary
Responsible for helping to grow distribution by building relationships with assigned accounts and stakeholders. Developing strategies within those accounts and execute on them. Deliver an exceptional experience for our field force.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Own and cultivate marketing relationships with assigned firms
- Drive sales and service initiatives through outbound activity using various forms of communication targeted toward General Agencies/Producers/etc within assigned territory
- Schedule and perform online presentations and training
- Schedule and perform in-person presentations and training
- Work with internal partners to improve processes
- Report activity in designated CRM
- Perform other tasks as needed to attain sales goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in marketing, communications or business management
- Minimum 2 years work experience preferably in the financial services industry
- Possess strong cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to deliver sales presentation to various size groups
- Capacity to work on multiple high-level customer facing projects and a time
- Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM tool
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, ability to work in a team environment and shown to be coachable
Salary Band: S04
This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
