Sales and Contracts Coordinator Job at MHC Kenworth
Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Sales and Contracts Administrator. The Sales and Contracts Administrator coordinates the lease package submittal process, maintains the contract files, and oversees the funding process for all Lease/Rental units. They also administer the company’s sales tracking software and verify the completeness and accuracy of the data while producing sales reports and distributing them to management. They will also maintains and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform as needed.
- Audits lease submittal packages for accuracy. Tracks the approval process and communicates any issues to supervisor.
- Processes Manufacturer Certificates of Origin (MCO’s) and Bill of Sales for all company units.
- Creates and maintains customer lease and fixed asset/funding files.
- Generates documents for various funding institutions related to lease and rental units. Ensures funding documents are accurate and reflect lease rating.
- Creates fixed asset/loan files ensuring all back up is in place. Coordinates payments to financial institutions.
- Reviews monthly and quarterly commission vouchers for accuracy and submits the commissions for approval and payment.
- Liaises with Treasury on collateral tracking for loan setups.
- Prepares various sales reports and analysis. Utilizes various data sources to assist in the reporting of relative market share, prospecting, and competitive analysis.
- Provides frontline support for Sales Team with CRM software, which includes basic troubleshooting, reporting, and lead distribution.
- Works closely with the Corporate PacLease Team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales results, including monthly award standings.
- Maintains and has a complete understanding of sales and product bulletins.
- Verifies new truck pricing and discounts using current price lists and related information.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must have advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Must have a versed knowledge of Microsoft Excel PivotTable functionality.
- Advanced understanding of database concepts and design.
- Internship or previous experience preferred.
