Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles implementing and supporting SAP suite of applications
  

  • 3+ years of SAP S/4 HANA 1909 or higher
  • ECC/Oracle conversion hands-on experience in the Cloud
  • BW Unicode and Upgrade hands-on experience in the Cloud
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, HANA and Sybase databases
  • Experience operating S/4HANA on HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC); migrating to and operationally leveraging hyperscale’s (Azure or AWS) is a strong plus
  • Plan, think ahead and communicate strategies, roadmaps and plans for technical initiatives; anticipate and partner with stakeholders to minimize impacts and disruptions
  • The ideal candidate not only knows SAP Basis but builds partnerships within the IT organization and across business functions; collaborates effectively with system engineers, network engineers, infosec, functional, security, data, PMO, support and business teams – onshore and offshore – to achieve results
  • Effective and influential written and verbal communication skills (English fluency is required); able to explain technical concepts in non-technical, business-relevant terms to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment
  • Proven success in leading technology transformation initiatives, including migrations to cloud ERP and maturing the use of SAP post go-live
  • Track record of success in delivering results through both large-scale application projects and small, incremental change
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design, development and delivery methodologies (i.e SDLC, Agile, Safe, etc.)
