How to Succeed:

• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and laser-sharp focus to every client interaction, from solicitation and first contact to checkout and follow-up
• Demonstrate exemplary communication skills – written, over the phone, and in-person – and a fast, effective response rate with both social and corporate clients
• Be super organized and computer-savvy
• Step up to the challenge of going out on sales calls and pitching to new clients
• Juggle a wide range of demands in a fast-paced environment
• Pitch in and help co-workers to support the team
• Go the extra mile to make clients feel welcome, informed, and cared for

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales experience, cold-calling a plus
• Familiar with the hospitality industry
• Willing to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings and weekends
• *Experience with Opera and/or Delphi is a plus*
