Five Iron Golf (5i) is the country's biggest indoor golf company with four locations in New York City, three locations in Chicago, two locations in Philadelphia, and locations in Seattle, Baltimore, Las Vegas, DC, Pittsburgh and Shelby Township.

5i is not your traditional country club. We aspire to establish a casual, relaxed environment for golfers and non-golfers alike. We are a fun and growing company with an urban vibe. We offer indoor golf simulation, lessons, golf fittings, and food and beverage service.

As we expand, we are looking for team-oriented employees who help continue our most important tradition; providing outstanding customer service.

We are seeking Roamers - Staff members responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, including setting up customers on the simulators and taking food and beverage orders.

Responsibilities include the following:

Front Desk Management

Greet customers

Create bookings and manage our booking software

Answer phone calls

Customer Service

Provide tours of the facility

Set up customers on the golf simulators

Membership

Keep bag room organized and pull bags for our members

Remember names and preferences of members

Golf Simulators

Ensure the customers are enjoying their golf experience

Conduct basic simulator maintenance and troubleshooting

Ensure the technology is working properly

Food and Beverage

Take food and drink orders and serve to customers in a timely manner

Bus the area routinely

Required Qualifications:

Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
