RN Nurse Manager
Glendale Care and Rehab
Supervise day-to-day nursing activities of the facility. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standard guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure the highest quality care is maintained at all times
As Nurse Manager, you are delegated the authority, responsbility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties

Qualifications
-Must possess, at minimum, a degree in Nursing from an accredited school
-Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin
-A working knowledge of the needs of the aging and chronically ill requiring long-term care, the principles of management, supervision, organizational behavior structure, and communication systems
-Effectively communicate with others
Specific Requirements
-Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions
-Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
-Knowledge of elderly, ill, and/or disabled
-Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition
-Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents
-Ability to follow and understand written and oral directions'
