• AdventHealth Orlando is a lush tropical campus, and our flagship hospital. This 1,414-bed hospital serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America. We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 50,000 inpatients each year.
• AdventHealth East Orlando, has been serving East Orlando residents since 1941 as an innovative local leader that fills a vital need in a fast-growing area. A recent 200,000 square-foot expansion project upgraded the hospital to 295 beds, with a spacious patient tower and 80 new private rooms designed to enhance the holistic care experience to approximately 15,000 inpatients each year.
• Winter Park Memorial Hospital has continuously served the residents of Winter Park and its surrounding communities for more than 50 years. Chartered in 1951, the hospital has grown from the visionary efforts of a handful of Winter Park residents and community leaders, to a 320-bed acute care facility that is a model of community health and wellness providing service excellence to more than 14,000 inpatients each year.

The role you’ll contribute:

The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Terms: 24 month Full Time Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation

Sign-on Eligibility:

• Applicable experience required.
• Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.

Relocation Eligibility:

• Must live 50 miles outside of campus address.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduate of a school of nursing
• Current valid State of Florida or multi state license as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced life support certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP) per specialty/unit requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Professional certification
