Revolutions and Nomads Entertainment is the largest indoor entertainment park and is fast growing South Windsor based company founded in 2007. With busy outdoor bars Spring-Fall and a constant crown indoors for our bowling, bands and djs we are looking for great bartenders to join our team! The company consists of Nomads Adventure Quest, Red’s Tavern, Revolutions Bowling and Lounge and Nomads Outdoor Adventure. There are thousands of square feet with a variety of attractions that appeal to people of all ages.
Guests can enjoy bowling, billiards, laser tag, ropes courses, glow in the dark golf, bocce ball, volleyball, bumper cars, tea cups, bounce houses, 12,000 square feet of basketball courts, many interactive amusement games, two banquet facilities, and much more. The centers also consist of full service restaurants and bars, offering good food and beverage in a clean and comfortable environment.
Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The successful candidate will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Present bar menu
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
Proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate (Tips Certification)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.23 per hour
