A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BATTERY RETAIL STORE MANAGER

In this retail management position, you play a huge role in the continued success of our company! Each day, you arrive at work ready to tackle a variety of important managerial tasks, including training, supervising, and coaching. Always organized and efficient, you handle the day-to-day assignment of tasks and ensure that all customer service standards are met by our staff. Leading by example, you train and enforce all safety regulations, ensuring your team consistently adheres to all company policies. You also constantly develop your staff's skills, getting them ready for future promotions. Through timely team evaluations, you keep everyone on the same page and productivity high.

In addition to leading your team, you generate leads and follow-up with customers as well as load orders, make deliveries, or arrange deliveries through third-party services. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BATTERY RETAIL STORE MANAGER

• High school diploma OR equivalent
• 1+ years of retail experience
• 1+ years of experience managing and supervising a team in a retail environment
• Commercial sales experience
• Ability to accurately read gauges
• Basic understanding of electronics
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BATTERY RETAIL STORE MANAGER

This full-time position during our normal operating hours. We are open from 8 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday and 11 AM to 6 PM on Sundays. With us, you can set your own schedule!
