DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY

TravelWifi is looking for a Store Associate to work in our store at the Langley Air force Base, Virginia. The Store Associate will work as part of the Retail Team to bring the TravelWifi brand to life as brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They are obsessed with the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs and the Retail experiences are continuously evolving.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a list of primary job duties that the Store Associate would be responsible for. This list is not exhaustive and may include other tasks as assigned by management:

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, from referrals, or through in-store browsing.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions that keep our customer connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including mobile hotspot devices, plans, unique accessories and services.
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experiences with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.
• Approach customer service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Operate the register and point of sale system with proficiency.
• Stocking and merchandising products, creating displays, and pushing promotions according to company strategy and guidance.
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and ready to receive customers at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate would have the following combinations of skills, education, abilities and attributes:

• Customers Service and Sales experience within a retail environment
• A high degree of aptitude with mobile hotspots and WiFi connectivity
• Fluent speaking in English; any additional language is a plus
• Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to work alongside peers and leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolution to issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
